3. User Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account details and are liable for all activities under your account.
• You must use the service in accordance with the law and may not engage in any illegal or harmful behavior during the use of the GetRide platform.

4. Driver Responsibilities

Drivers using the platform must:

• Hold a valid driver's license.
• Ensure the safety and cleanliness of their vehicle.
• Abide by all traffic regulations.

5. Booking and Payment

Ride bookings must be made via the GetRide app.

Users can view fare estimates prior to booking.

Payments can be made through in-app payment options, including credit/debit cards and wallets.

Cancellation policies and fees apply if a ride is canceled after a certain period.

6. Cancellation and Refund Policy
